Services We Offer

Buying a business is one of the largest financial decisions of your life. On top of that, obtaining a loan through the SBA can be a strenuous and demanding process. You don’t have to do it alone. We handle everything from lender matching to closing and everything in between. Services are free.

Lender matching:

Every loan request is unique. After we prequalify your deal, we reach out to our vast network of preferred lenders (banks, credit unions and non bank SBA lenders) to secure you the best terms possible.  

We present you several lender proposals, and discuss pros/cons of each deal with you to help you make the best decision. 

Underwriting:

Once we have your approval terms, we with package and submit the deal to your selected lender. We can help with business plans, financial projections, year-to-date numbers and more!

We handle all underwriting questions, objections, as well as their requests for additional items or data. 

Closing:

Once your loan is approved, you will receive a pre-closing checklist from us. We will review all closing documents with you prior to your closing, so there are no surprises at the closing table! For larger, more complex deals, one of our SBA experts will meet you at your scheduled closing.
